My Introduction as a Meditation Practitioner

It’s my story, the journey towards meditation and spiritual healing. Even though the journey was very difficult to move on but as time passed by, I felt more easy and relaxed. Importantly, I cultivated a behavior to meditate every day. I feel that I have changed completely mentally and spiritually. The initiation was with the help of my friend Rahula. Now, he is in the West distributing Antique Buddha statues for various showrooms from his uncle's showroom. He has become the business entrepreneur and I have become an accountant at the local bakery. I have been associated with them for about five years but apart from that I have been practicing and teaching meditation. It's been 4 years of seriousness in the meditation field. Apart from Chakra Meditation, I am now practicing other meditation as well. To some extent, the monk Wangchuck helped me and other techniques were learned through participating various training. That’s why I feel competent and confident about the process and my teaching capabilities to others as well. Additionally, I write blogs about meditation and current practices and obviously not to forget about my experiences as well. About my family, I have a sister who is studying nurse in Australia. My father is retired government officer and my mother leads community women's group with the motive to empower them. Sometimes, I have a guest from that group mainly for stress relief sessions.
My Lovely Profession
Regarding my work, I have been enjoying my profession a lot as an accountant and as well as a meditation practitioner. I have divided my time to do both duties. In the morning, I spent my time in meditation room helping others to learn about the meditation and singing bowls therapy and in the daytime, I go to the bakery caf and do the accounting work.
My Antique Piece and its Usage

About the singing bowls, I currently acquire seven different bowls to balance seven chakras positioned inside of our body. The Singing bowls are hand hammered and manufactured in the workshop owned by Mr. Chitrakar. The bowls have no designs in it but resonate well. The medium sized bowl that I purchased from Mr. Rohan Shakya also resonates and produce good vibes. Earlier when I thought to buy the singing bowl, I was in the awkward situation, so I didn't consult with Mr. Chitrakar and bought it from Mr. Shakya. And I don't have to look back in my decision because I am completely satisfied with that one.
The singing bowls have been a great help as a medium to heal others, especially with disturbed people. These people are referred from the community women’s group. I generally do the healing session with the help of singing bowls. After the session, I have received a good feedback. Basically, their facial expressions changes and most of them comment that they feel relaxed and more confident after the session.

Basically, everyone is complimenting me on my work and a balanced life. Due to my interest in writing blogs, I was invited to write about meditation, healing sessions and my experiences in this blog as well so that other will benefit in some way for their life. Till now, in this blog I have shared about my experiences, from now onwards I will be sharing about research based on the singing bowls and its therapeutic uses. If allowed by my students and clients I will be sharing their positive changes with the chakra meditation.
