I must agree that I was on my own, practicing meditation for long. It was the monk, Wangchuck who helped me to understand the meditation and its benefits. Basically, he oriented me chakra meditation and healing through singing bowls. At that time, it was due to my time limitation or let's say my carelessness, I didn't practice meditation that well. I used to skip a lot and finally, I forgot to practice.
It was my luck that I again had a chance to practice the meditation. It was when I had attended my official meeting. After that day, I regularly practiced meditation and fully utilized singing bowls which I had bought. Along with the meditation, I also began to search for new information and techniques mainly through the internets, reading articles, guides, and watching videos. Due to my time limitation, I had never enrolled with any professional trainer. I knew the benefits but I had to manage my time at my office also. Since I was all alone I usually had confusions while reading the articles so I used to visit forums to get my answers. Sometimes I get satisfactory answers and other times I don't even get the replies. Those moments were very frustrating for me. But It was changed when I enrolled in the singing bowl meditation and healing training with the professional.
Therapist from abroad

One day when I was reading a newspaper, there was an advertisement regarding the training of healing therapy by one of the renowned therapist, Mr. Santosh Sharma. For an introduction, he is in his late fifties, lives in Australia, and is a NRN. He visits Nepal, rarely with the objective to interact with other fellow healers and train new peoples. Mostly he spends his time in his own home practicing healing therapies and training others. I didn't want to skip this training as I was very necessary for me. So I went to the organizer and then registered for myself. There was two options- beginner level and advanced level; I choose the advanced level because I already have studied about the singing bowls. I just need some practical techniques and the theoretical background of the meditation and healing process. The training was only for the three days but the management was very good. Once enrolled with them, they not only provide the training, they even have the learnings opportunities even after the training. They provide supervision sessions and regular case discussion session if one needs. These opportunities are best for the people who are professional healers and who are willing to help others.
Awesome training hall

The training hall was really cool, decorated with paintings, plants and the singing bowls. To give a quick review, the hall was very spacious. When one enters the hall, his eyes will catch varieties of Nepali singing bowls decorated in the cupboard. Next, to the cupboard, there was mallets and strikers stored in the drawer. Varieties of singing bowls mean, different sizes of singing bowls. He had the collection of Thadobati, Manipuri, and Crystal singing bowls. The walls were decorated with mandala paintings and Thangka paintings. The floor was well carpeted and there were comfortable cushions for the participants. The room was equipped with some indoor plants as well. Overall I believe the person who visits the place will have soothing effects.

Singing Bowl Therapy training
There were altogether 10 participants along with professional healers and therapists. Mr. Manav, assistant of Santosh, who look after the work in Nepal helped to conduct the training effectively. He managed all the necessary materials needed for the training. Mr. Santosh also delivered knowledge very effectively. He not only shared the theoretical knowledge of singing bowl therapy and healing, he also demonstrated the healing sessions with the participants. At the end of the session, he demonstrated sound bath as well.
On the final note, I was very happy to participate in the training. I enjoyed and shared my experiences with other participants and with Mr. Sharma particularly.
