Singing bowls have been used for centuries for different purposes. The sound of the chakra singing bowl is also believed to have an ability to activate the Third eye; at first by hitting a bowl and then gently touching the vibrating rim of the bowl at the Ajna Chakra, the chakra located between the eye brows. 1. First chakra – It is associated with a powerful force called Kundalini force that is the most potent of the nature, also associated as fire energy. 6. Sixth Chakra – Also known as the third eye chakra, it is the all seeing chakra located between and slightly above the eyes. 7. Seventh Chakra – Known as crown chakra, the seventh chakra is located on the top of the head and is the highest spiritual chakra. It corresponds to spirituality, enlightenment and intuition.
